What people are saying

“The session revealed a significant number of blind spots I had previously been unaware of.”

I had few concerns or hesitations initially. The primary hesitation I harbored revolved around the potential lack of tools or resources to further my learning following the meeting. Therefore, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there would be a curated list of resources available to me, facilitating the enhancement of my leadership skills.

I encountered a more comprehensive approach to self-awareness during the debrief session.  While I had long regarded myself as possessing a strong sense of self-awareness, the session revealed a significant number of blind spots I had previously been unaware of.

I have found the assigned homework to be exceptionally beneficial. Its strategic and intentional design instills a sense of actively effecting change. Additionally, the accountability factor significantly enhanced my overall experience.

Three additional benefits gained through the process include: Increased self-awareness, a structured improvement plan, and a system of accountability are key elements.

Having undergone numerous assessments previously, I can attest that this process transcends the typical “assessment” It is characterized by a level of intentionality and purposefulness that sets it apart.

“…I am much more aware of my avoidant tendencies…”

After completing the Leadership Audit debrief session, I am much more aware of my avoidant tendencies.  That gives me space to evaluate my “decision” to wait to do something.  Is it really not a good time?  or am I avoiding it?  I am much more aware of my avoidant tendencies.  That gives me space to evaluate my “decision” to wait to do something.  Is it really not a good time?  or am I avoiding it?

The debrief session was fascinating.  I really enjoyed reviewing how I scored and where I scored in relation to myself and to others overall.  It helped me understand certain aspects of my personality and how I have historically dealt with life.

Many people engage in personal development to try to grow without really understanding where they are to begin with.  I think these assessments could help.

Three additional benefits include dealing with issues and items with more immediacy.  Giving myself grace because I understand how little credit, I tend to give myself.  Recognizing that even if something may be a personality trait, it doesn’t mean I must suffer the consequences with no hope of changing.

“… The process was comforting & made me at ease …“

For me, this process was to polish me off for the next adventure within my career and I am forever thankful! Trying to get someone to agree can be difficult because it makes the person vulnerable.  Erica is caring and skilled. She will invest time in the individual and she pays attention to all details. Something small to you can be meaningful to her. Be open, honest and it is worth the time and energy to become a better person not only at work but outside the workplace too.
